Boston Massachusetts. I played lots of sports growing up but never really felt confident in my body and didn’t have a great relationship with food. I found my love for the gym at the end of high school and began educating myself with all things training and nutrition (after years of trial & error). I also competed in a powerlifting meet recently and would love to compete in a bodybuilding competition within the next few years. My goal now is to share my knowledge with my clients, and get them STRONG AF & fueling their bodies. I believe that your fitness journey carries over into every single aspect of your life. It is SO much more than how your body looks. A strong body begins with a strong mindset and that is what I hope all my clients take away working with me. I didn't know the importance of fueling my body properly nor did I know the importance of weight training. After years of learning and starting to get this fitness thing down I decided to do a bodybuilding show at 18 (My relationship with food still wasn’t great, but it showed me how important fueling your body is). Since then I have done 6 bodybuilding shows and won my pro card at 21! It took me years to get a good balance with food, training, and enjoying life. I am happy I found that balance. I want to help you find that balance of reaching your goals but also loving/living life! Your body is capable of SO much! I want to teach women that we can be STRONG and BEAUTIFUL, and that you can EAT and still reach your goals!
