Hi, I’m Kelly Nicole

i'm the owner and head coach of prime revival

I started getting into fitness at the young age of 16. But, not in the best way.  I was limiting my food to 3 small meals a day with zero carbs, doing 45 mins of stairmaster 5x a week, and weighing myself MULTIPLE times a day.

This worked at first - I was losing weight left and right - but shortly after reaching my goal, I started to lose motivation. I was eating more, going to the gym less, and just enjoying life.

Inevitably, I gained all the weight back and then some. I was devastated. But despite how defeating it felt, I continued to repeat that same cycle over and over and over again… until I broke my leg that is.

On my final attempt to lose weight with extreme cardio and low calories, I started to get pain in my femur everytime I ran. The pain progressed overtime and eventually I found out I fractured my femur from all the cardio on low calories…
After a month+ on crutches and out of the gym, I gained a bunch of weight back -- yet again.

I finally realized extreme cardio and restriction was unrealistic, completely unsustainable, and clearly draining my body. I was desperate to find another way that would help me achieve my body goals for GOOD…

That’s when I started lifting weights. And needless to say,  it completely changed my life. I went from focusing on getting SMALLER to STRONGER. I ditched cardio machines for barbells and low carb alternatives for the full-carb food. Once I began eating properly, healed my metabolism from undereating, and implementing progressive overload...

...my life CHANGED.

I now eat 2500+ calories a day to maintain my lean physique with zero cardio and all weight lifting!

And best yet: the same method I used to reach my sustainable physique has worked for over 3k women who have worked with us, too!
