I didn't know the importance of fueling my body properly nor did I know the importance of weight training. After years of learning and starting to get this fitness thing down I decided to do a bodybuilding show at 18 (My relationship with food still wasn’t great, but it showed me how important fueling your body is). Since then I have done 6 bodybuilding shows and won my pro card at 21! It took me years to get a good balance with food, training, and enjoying life. I am happy I found that balance. I want to help you find that balance of reaching your goals but also loving/living life! Your body is capable of SO much! I want to teach women that we can be STRONG and BEAUTIFUL, and that you can EAT and still reach your goals!
